Brian S. Mobley

Brian moved to Bryan, Texas, at an early age and graduated from Bryan High School.  Brian continued his education at Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in finance and management, and the University of Virginia School of Law, where he obtained his J.D.  Before joining the Firm as a Shareholder in 2020, Brian practiced in Houston and Dallas for more than 11 years with, among other firms, Vinson & Elkins LLP and Locke Lord LLP. 

Brian has diverse professional experiences assisting national, regional, local and individual clients located in the Brazos Valley, throughout the State of Texas, and across the United States. His primary practice areas include commercial real estate, finance, business transactions, entity formation, and related corporate matters. Brian advises in a wide range of complex, commercial real estate transactions related to developing, constructing, purchasing, selling, leasing (ground, improvements only, and sub), and financing of various commercial product types (e.g., retail pad sites, centers and developments; single tenant NNN properties; single family neighborhoods; multi-family projects; office buildings; industrial warehouses; and raw land).  Brian also assists clients in the sale of businesses, business lines, product lines, and assets spanning a variety of sectors, product types, and specialties.        

He takes pride in offering practical, grounded guidance and advice to help clients achieve their goals and to effectuate the desired transactions while navigating and understanding the legal issues and challenges they encounter along the way.

Brian and his wife, Ashlie, have two sons, Garrett and Andrew.  Brian enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
